The AFC Asian Cup 2023 Opening Ceremony was a mesmerizing spectacle, combining innovative stage design, synchronized visuals, and rich storytelling inspired by the ancient fable collection of Kalila and Dimna.

Staged in a massive Lusail stadium in Qatar, the ceremony unfolded as "The Lost Chapter" of this legendary tale, weaving together cultural heritage and cutting-edge technology. The narrative followed a man’s journey of self-discovery in the desert, aided by two jackals, Kalila and Dimna, and 24 symbolic animals representing the participating nations.
